Shoes do so much more than simply protect your feet. For many, they’re a mode of self-expression, allowing wearers to show off their personal style. Shoe companies are quick to jump on the latest trends, creating unique footwear for all occasions. Adidas is one of the many brands that utilize the power of the crossover, joining forces with other beloved brands to create shoes that are borderline art. Most recently, Adidas introduced their Adidas Superstar X LEGO Shoes, building on the success of the iconic plastic bricks.
The Adidas-LEGO crossover shoes put a playful twist on the classic Adidas Superstars. The simple white body and three recognizable black stripes take on a blockier style and even feature the signature LEGO brick pattern. The shoes feature gold accents, elevating the classic black and white shoes even further.

Arguably the coolest part of these LEGO-inspired shoes is the toe, which genuinely looks like it was built from a stack of white LEGO bricks. The only thing that would make these shoes better, honestly, is if they functioned as LEGO bases. Imagine being able to customize your shoes with LEGO bricks, stacking on new designs and patterns each day to match your mood or outfit.
Or maybe, if these shoes had a LEGO brick sole, they could solve another age-old problem. Instead of screaming out in pain after stepping on a Stray LEGO brick, you’d just get taller. Even without the extra functionality, these shoes are a stylish and soleful homage to LEGO bricks.
