Everybody pees, or has peed, in the pool. At some point in your life, you’ve let loose and let the chlorine do its thing. It’s gross, but if you’re going to use a public pool, you’ve sort of got to come to terms with the idea that there is pee in there.
Poop is an entirely different matter (get it?) altogether. Poop in the water is a deal-breaker. Just ask the people at Bushwood. Or at NBC’s Ultimate Slip ‘N Slide TV show!
The series, which is being hosted by former SNL cast member Bobby Moynihan along with Ron Funches, is currently filming. At least it was until production had to be halted because of an “explosive diarrhea” outbreak! You definitely don’t want to slip or slide in that!
“The health and safety of everyone on our set is our number one priority, so out of an abundance of caution we have made the decision to stop production of Ultimate Slip ‘N Slide at the current location,” the spokesperson said. “We are in the process of determining next steps in order to complete production.”
Despite having a little extra downtime, co-host Run Funches had some fun with the news on Twitter.
I love that they used a picture that makes me look proud.
Did I have owner of “explosive diarrhea” water park on my vision board?
I never dreamed that big. pic.twitter.com/UHjdA4dIRH

Filming should resume soon. Bonus points to whoever brings a Baby Ruth to set when it does.
